So many people wait until the new year to start getting in shape
The problem with this is that it's such a common theme people across the world believe
When January 1st rolls around it will likely be one of the busiest days for lots of gyms across the entire year
Many people looking to get started on their fitness journey are intimidated by large crowds which is exactly what you will experience if you wait
I've seen it hundreds of times from clients who say they wait until the new year to start exercising and making lifestyle changes...
I always ask where their commitment level is at for them to put in the work and give it the proper amount of time to reach the goals people set for themselves
When new year rolls around everyone's motivation is a 10/10 and they "will do whatever it takes"
Immediately when I hear that I can recognize 99% of the time it is a lie or feel good in the moment situation, but those are always the same people who work out for a few weeks then quit because they didn't see results fast enough or did not do what was required for them to reach their goals
Personal training is a 2 way street. You can have the world's best personal trainer you work with but if you don't make the changes you need to in your diet or exercise as much or intense as you should, you will never see results... And it's not your trainers fault
If the goals people set for themselves on new year were so important like they say, those people wouldn't wait and would immediately start working on improving themselves
