Online programming:

We design detailed, effective, and enjoyable workout programs for members taking all the guesswork out on your end that will help you achieve the results you’re looking for 

This is for someone who feels comfortable working out on their own without a trainer by your side… Whether it’s because you have lots of exercise experience or you live across the country, or even in a different country!

How long will it take to get my programs if I already reached out to Platinum Training?

You will officially receive your programs 2-4 business days or sooner!
