Fitness Motivation

If you need motivation to keep you going it is only a matter of time until you quit 

 

Motivation will not always be there, you need to develop discipline

 

Discipline is doing things you hate but doing them like you love it 

 

Most people hate working out. It is hard and uncomfortable


If you workout like you love it even if you do hate it you will crush your goals 

 

Although it is not ideal to rely on motivation, that does not mean things cannot motivate you on top of the discipline you acquire 

 

At the end of the day we as humans all go through ruts and tough times in life. Here are things I consider when I am dealing with that:

 

 

Discipline = Freedom 

One day or day 1 

Nobody cares. Work harder 

Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard 

Every day is a new opportunity to grow and get better. If you do not other people around you are, which means you are getting worse by default 

Be stronger than your excuses 

Remember why you started 

There's someone else out there who has it 100x harder than you and still does 100x more than you
