The time has come…


The weather is getting cooler…

It's dark out when you wake up…

We get much less sunlight… 

Motivation goes out the window...

 

We exercises much less and depression increases 

 

After 4+ years of being a personal trainer I’ve noticed this is when the excuses start to kick in for so many people 

 

Does this ring a bell for you? 

If so it’s time to make a change 

 

Don’t wait until spring or summer to realize how disappointed you are with your physique and try to rush to make progress just like every other year 

 

I’m not going to lie. It’s not easy. It’s not comfortable. It is hard 

 

It takes pure force at times. It takes discipline 

 

So what are you going to do? 

Are you willing to wake up when it’s dark to get in your workouts, or are you going to snooze? 

Are you willing to go out in the cold to drive to the gym, or will you “do it tomorrow”? 

These little excuses add up. 1 inch turns into 1 mile before you know it 

 

Don’t start joining the average crowd by quitting because it gets hard. Push through and rise above 

 

Don’t wait for the warmer months to come and you feel regret 

 

Work hard now and when the time comes you will feel proud!
