New Year’s Resolution

New Year’s Resolution

"This is going to be my year”

"I'm finally going to get in shape"

"It's January I'm feeling motivated"

                                                                           "New year new me"

Aren't these things you have been telling yourself for years?

And are you in better shape like you were hoping or did you stay the same?

What happens when your new year "motivation" runs out?

Instead of saying things and blindy going after them only when you feel like it...

You need to focus on building the habits that will lead you to your results

Consistency- Make working out apart of your daily/weekly routine and DO NOT STOP. This is why you have failed to get lasting results in the past

Discipline- When you are tired, stressed, busy, overwhelmed... Workout anyways because you know it's the right thing to do

Habits/routines- Go to sleep and wake up at the same time, workout at the same time, eat at the same time. The easier you can make the process the more likely you will be to follow through with it

Instead of saying "I am going to get in shape" you need to make a plan and stick to it no matter how you are feeling or else just like every other year you will eventually give up and fall short of your goals

If you get to a point where when you don't want to workout but you have the discipline to do it anyways there is no goal you can't achieve

Don't let this be another year you make false promises to yourself

If you struggle with sticking to your goals long term I cannot recommend 75HARD enough. This program will help you develop the skills you need to crush your goals!
