The Best At Home Exercises
I believe going to the gym is the best option for most people. You will have access to much more equipment, it puts you in a new environment where you can focus better and will likely feel more motivated.
Life gets busy and messy. If you aren't always able to make it to a gym here are my favorite workouts you can do at home to build muscle, burn fat, and get rid of pain
Many of these exercises can be done with your own body weight. If you are more advanced or would like to push yourself more, a set of dumbbells, some bands or everyday household items can even work like a gallon of milk or canned items.

Bridges / hip thrusts
RDL's
Lunges / reverse lunges / side lunge
Calf raise
Side lying leg raises
Chest
Push-ups

Here is a perfect example that you can still get in a great workout from the comfort of home if you are tight on time or can't make it to the gym.
No muscle groups neglected. Simple but effective.
