The Power of Meditation

We live in a world where everyone is constantly in a rush 

Nobody is present 

We go through most of our lives with no intention behind what we do

We overlook so many things 

 
When we are driving we think about work. When we are at work we think about our weekend plans. When we are on vacation we think about our bank account. Rarely ever present in the moment 

 

It is no wonder stress, anxiety and depression are so common 

 

Slow down. Breathe. Be present in everything you do 

 

Working out in itself is a form of meditation . But adding a focused meditation in your day will completely change your life.


If this is not something you regularly do, you have no idea how powerful the benefits can be 

 

I find myself not focused during some of my workouts. My mind is focused on other things in my life that cause stress or anxiety 

 

Meditation will help bring you out of that toxic headspace and bring you into the present moment

 

when I am present during my workouts, they feel 100x better. I feel better mind-muscle connections, I am able to lift heavier and you feel much better after the workout
