Your 2025 Fitness Guide
Every year majority of the population decides this will finally be the year they start working out and finally get in shape...
Yet majority of people give up on their goals in less than 1 month
This guide will teach you how to come up with your fitness goals and what is required to reach them
Let 2025 finally be the year you reach your goals AND KEEP THEM. Not just another year of making and breaking promises
Step 1: Make a detailed and specific plan
What you should include in your plan:
How many days per week you are going to train. How you will divide your workout split. What your nutrition will look like
Step 2: Be honest with where you currently are
What habits got you into your current situation? What adjustments with your lifestyle do you need to make to change it?
Step 3: Develop discipline, forget motivation
There are times where everyone feels motivated to workout and be healthy. There are also times where everyone loses that motivation. It is only people with discipline who are able to force themselves to do what's required when motivation can't be found
Step 4: Get support
Find a reliable workout partner, hire a quality personal trainer who has experience on working with other clients who share similar goals, work with a dietitian, come up with challenges for yourself, friends, and family to compete in fitness goals and make progress
Step 5: Consistency over everything
Results will go much faster than it takes to get them. If you take breaks or give up it is a guarantee recipe for failure. Staying consistent on a daily basis is required for the rest of your life to reach and sustain your goals.
Step 6: Making lifestyle changes
Find out what is hurting your progress and replace it with better actions and habits that will take you closer to your goals instead of further away.
Examples: Replace watching TV with going for a walk. Drink water instead of soda.
Step 7: Chase the thrill
Learn to enjoy the process. There will be many days you don't want to workout, but when you have the discipline to force yourself to exercise when you don't want to, you will feel 100x better after.
It's not only what the number on the scale says
How do you feel? Do your clothes fit better? Are you less stressed? Do you walk around with more confidence? Can you do more things you enjoy? Did you get taken off a medication?
Finding small wins makes the process much more enjoyable and sustainable!
